When employees make a big time mistake what would a CEO do? Suspend them, dismiss them, cut their pay....or he could send them to the Banglore ashram to do a Basic course. Well that is just what Dheerajj Agarwal, CEO, Shiv Sai Infosys Private Limited did. The result.....
“Seven days at the ashram changed us. The course has given us a new purpose. Earlier, our idea of enjoyment was to drink and make merry. Now, we are more focused and motivated towards our job,” said Nikhil Baddap, one of the three employees sent there.
