Pada Hastasana

Pada Hastasana, a Hands to Feet Pose, helps to strengthen the legs, improve flexibility in the spine and helps with digestion.

As you inhale, raise your arms above your head. Bend forward until your hands touch your feet as you exhale. Slowly bend further so that your belly is touching your upper legs. Grasp your toes and breathe deeply in the pose.
